MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLING
Mental Health Counselling is a form of talk therapy that utilizes psychological interventions to provide care and healing to clients. Mental Health Counselling focuses on improving clients’ overall psychological and emotional well-being through a mix of different therapeutic interventions. Clients are offered a safe space to share personal concerns, symptoms, life stressors, goals they wish to achieve, and any other struggles they have previously experienced or currently are experiencing. From there, clients will be given tools, taught skills and strategies, and provided resources to best help them achieve their mental health goals. While clients with diagnosable mental health concerns will find help coping with and managing symptoms, everyone has mental health and can potentially benefit from counselling.
